• The offer is applicable across participating hotels within India and globally and is subject to availability.

• Extra adults and children will be charged as per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.

• Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.

• Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group bookings; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, the group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.

• Each hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings that are not as per the Terms and Conditions.

• In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.

• The reservation may be modified as per the predefined policy only. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.

Cancellation Policy:
• All bookings require 100% advance payment at the time of the reservation.

• For cancellation of reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival, cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of booking amount is applicable.

• For cancellation of reservation 15 to 21 day prior to arrival, cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of booking amount is applicable.

• For cancellation of reservation 22 to 28 days prior to arrival, cancellation charge equivalent to 25% of booking amount is applicable.

• For cancellation of reservation more than 29 days prior to arrival, booking amount is refundable and 0% cancellation charges are applicable.

Check In:
• Check in time is 14:00 hours & Check out is by 12 noon

• All guests are requested to show us a valid government issued photo identity proof (PAN Cards not accepted)

Additional Person & Child Policy:
• Children below 5 years of age: complimentary stay when sharing the same bed as the parents (upto maximum 1 child or 1 infant per room). The meals will be included as per the package booked.

• Children between 6 and 11 years of age: 50% discount off extra person charges

• 12 years and above: Charges for an adult applicable

• Package rate is applicable on single/double occupancy.
