Culinary Journey
Cuisines play a very important part in the experience we offer across our destinations. For one, we do not do buffets as we believe in offering our guests food which is fresh and made to their liking. Our menu is carefully selected and offers Rajasthani, Continental and Gujarati cuisine. Our chef and his team will be delighted to prepare a meal of your preference, should it not be on the menu.
Aravali Restaurant
The Aravalli, our multi-cuisine buffet restaurant takes inspiration from the hills which surround our Resort. With it’s high ceiling and glass windows, it is here that we offer you dishes from the heart of Rajasthan, be it the famous ‘laal maas’ or then ‘dal baati churma’.
Our kitchen also excels in Continental cuisine, should that be your liking. Breakfast is served from 0730 to 1000 hrs; lunch from 1230 to 1430 hrs and dinner from 1930 to 2230 hrs. We provide for limited room service at a nominal additional charge.
