‘Dhaam’ is a traditional feast celebrated in Himachal Pradesh, and we have created that joyful celebration every day at our uniquely designed all day dining restaurant, Ras Turant. While you immerse your senses in an array of traditional cuisines where most ingredients are locally sourced, do admire the art work and installations around you. The 80 feet wall represents the everyday life of Kullu- it’s flora-fauna, music-dance, fairs-festivals, food-farming, health-handicrafts, dressing-weaving, arts-architecture. The other installation – Ek Paao Zameen – is a collection of soils from various sites of enlightened importance, to remind us that without soil there is no culture. The trees which grew inside have been colourfully covered to preserve them.
