And away from the crowd and noise of the main town just 8 kms away, 5 kms from the airport and 7 kms from the famous Cricket Stadium – very conveniently located is the Tree of Life Birdsong Chalets.

Made in local style with mud exteriors and slate roofs, we have green fields on one side and lush green forest on the other. In a distance, are views of the snow clad range. Enjoy the winter sun in our huge lawns or then swim during the summer months in our large pool. This beautiful property offers you a mix of 19 rooms backed by a warm and caring service. It is that ideal place for a few nights with the family and explore the very interesting surroundings.

Space is always a premium in the mountains. We offer you options of large rooms in Dharamshala with shades of Tibetan culture in the canvas paintings and artefacts which adorn the rooms. Set in natural green surroundings, with serene views all around, our rooms look onto the surrounding mountains and forest. Natural light, textured walls, comfortable king size beds with seating, cooling / heating air conditioning, tea/coffee maker, flat screen television – all of this with the Tree of Life signature service.

Our menu reflects cuisine of the hills, along with Indian and Continental options. Our Chef will be glad to put together something of your liking should it not be on the menu.

We visited udaipur and stayed in this property for 3 nights. It is beautiful hotel outside the main city nestled in the foot hills.Convenient to visit Chittor, Nathdwara etc. Well maintained and great service. Staff was very polite and helpful. They went beyond and decorated the room for me and my husband. They have two kinds of rooms, we stayed in superior one which comes with personal balconies facing the beautiful hills. It’s amazing to wake up to the picturesque scenery. Food is fresh and tasty. They customised it to our taste and preference. Also did not charge for khichdi that they specially made for my baby.

Nice location and awesome service. Love this place. Food is delicious. Nice ambience. Friday staff. Small hiking place nearby and beautiful view from the mountains. This is a peaceful pollution free place.
