A one-of-a-kind experience makes its way to the City of Taj, Agra. A destination built using shipping containers which have seen a lifetime of the high seas, now offer comfort coupled with the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor space. Set over three acres of land, Tree of Life Ecotainers takes forward the brand ethos of making a conscious contribution towards eco recycling. The destination offers four ecotainer accommodations where you connect with nature, the outdoors and as you drive out for 20 minutes, you experience the world-famous Taj Mahal.

An absolutely awesome stay at TOL, Agra. Their luxury containers are pure comfort. The little garden space with each container, the sit-out, the private barbecue in the evenings, the intimate property setting, the hatke experience of living in a container makes a visit to this property a 'Must-Do'! The team of Harinder, Rinku & Vinay ensure an excellent stay & the food is great. Being a solo female traveller to this property, safety was paramount. The team went out of their way to make me feel secure and really looked after me. I felt a bit like royalty! What mattered to me is that I had a luxury, alternative, eco-friendly (theme close to my heart) experience and somehow it felt homely too. Many thanks to the team at Tree Of Life, Agra.

Had the pleasure to stay at the a dog story resort at Agra with my sister and my doggie Candy. Easy to book room on their site. They even arranged a room and meals for our driver at a nearby guesthouse. It was a smooth drive from Delhi, following the map. Adequate safe parking inside. The accommodation is comfortable, luxurious and super clean, in refurbished shipping containers, a unique experience. Very tastefully designed and decorated. Superb meals, special thanks to the chef, friendly accomodating smiling staff, always make a point to greet your dog too whenever you cross paths. You will find everything that is promised on their website followed to the T when we visit. They had dog bed and bowls in the room. They grow some veggies on the premises, so we delighted in having a fresh palak corn dish. Green well landscaped gardens, outdoor private patios for you to dine, with beautiful light and music playing on speakers at night too, to enjoy a bonfire in the winter cold. Enjoyed the peaceful natural green surroundings, chirping birds and fluttering butterflies among the flower bushes, where you can see the sky full of stars and the moon at night, the sound of your own breathe- simple pleasures which alas are out of reach from the life of a metropolitan city dweller. Lots of space for your dog to walk and roam and run and sniff and explore. Our dog enjoyed the company of a fellow traveler' s doggo Polo too. Highly recommend to others, pet parents or not. Hope to come again for a longer visit and stay at their other properties too. Wish the resort chain more expansion. All the best

Beautiful location, smiling staff and excellent chef. Must try their tiffin specially the mutton. Very friendly staff and ensured they took care of your special needs. Perfect for a short getaway. They have a space for bonfire too and the container has smart tv. Only 4 containers so not too busy as well. Last but not the least it's a Pet Friendly place😊
